Creator Notes:

Whoa, that took much longer than expected. Many apologies for the delay of today’s comic, but I got a little overambitious and it ate up a surprising amount of time.

So in celebration of the Prime Trilogy just coming out for the Wii, I thought I’d do my own little dedication towards one of my favorite series: Metroid! Despite the jabs this comic takes at the series (the original game and Super Metroid in particular), I’ve got nothin’ but love in my heart for dear old Samus and her neverending battle against Las Piratas del Espacio.

It sure took a heck of a long time to translate said love into comic form though, so I hope you got something out of this adventure. And see if you can find this comic’s nod to a late-game boss in a recent Wii game (not Metroid).
