I hope I haven’t offended too many sensibilities with this shocking strip. But sometimes the comic just has to grow up, you know?

Okay, enough messing around–I actually wasn’t intending on following through with the April Fools’ strip but I figured I’d need to come up with something eventually. I bounced around a lot of ideas for this and it ended up making me a bit anxious. An earlier version involved a comic version of me acting like I wanted to take BitF into a bolder, darker direction, but I eventually went with this super-long buildup instead, and had a lot of fun with the silliness.

Wait a minute, comic 250’s on Friday! And I just turned 25 last week. So hey, lots of quarters or something. Time to hit the arcade.
